Inc, a pipe fitters firm that specialized in heavy industrial and commercial engineering projects. And since then, the Smylie name has been one of the most trusted and recognizable names in the industry.

How often do air filters need changed?
It varies depending on the type of filter you have. If you have a 1" disposable filter, we recommend changing them every 30 days. If you have a pleated, or poly, filter, we recommend changing them every 90 days.
How long does HVAC equipment last?
Well maintained HVAC systems generally last 12 to 15 years. However, as systems age it is common for them to becomes less efficient and their performance may decline. As a good rule of thumb, if your energy bills are on the rise and your system requires frequent repairs - it's probably time to consider replacement.
Why is my toilet always running?
A running toilet is usually caused by a flapper, the rubber or plastic valve on the bottom of your tank, that fails to seal. Open the toilet tank and adjust the float arm to see if the water stops an inch below the overflow pipe. If the water doesn’t continue to fill, the flapper needs replaced.
