What a professional company! Joseph came out for the estimate and explained to me all the options available and the various price ranges. There was absolutely no pressure and provided very competitive pricing. Demetrius and John were here for 2 days and did a wonderful job; even helped me program my new thermostat. It really was a pleasure working with this company from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
Clean & Courteous
Smylie One did a full install of a new AC unit and new furnace. The team was here for two days. They were clean, courteous, and professional. One of the guys even stayed late to make sure our AC was running before he left for the night (prior to the job being completed.) We went with Smylie because they were straight with us when it came to prices and the project. Other companies tried to sell us packages or things we didn't need. Their quote fell middle tier to the three we received.
Amazing Customer Service
I'd heard about Smylie from a friend. They are amazing at customer service which can be such a rarity these days. The technician, Mikhail, was thorough. The last company I'd used for years was in and out in 15 minutes. Now I know why. They did nothing. Turns out my humidifier wasn't even running. It was clogged. Mikhail cleaned it and fixed it. And my thermostat that the other company had put in 3 different times was not running the furnace to its correct capacity. The company calls if the tech is running late. Again, total customer service. With service like this both before, during and after the visit, I'll be using them again!
Right On Time
Right on time (a few minutes early, actually) and was very professional and courteous. Let me know that at some point my igniter would need to be replaced, but it's working fine and with costs they way they are now, I can easily wait. No pushing for repairs or any services that weren't necessary, which is awesome.

Could not be happier with the great people at Smylie! Andrés was top notch. Great tech, extremely knowledgeable. Didn't mind me asking a ton of questions, he was able to explain and troubleshoot the problem with in a few minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Gems from the Getgo
Carl & Anthony were gems from the getgo! Saved our littlest dog from darting out the door. Carl is extremely knowledgeable & helpful with helping me make decisions. I needed 2 new toilets, main water shut off, installation of new kitchen sink & utility tub. They worked seamlessly together. I will be calling again for other work.

Exceeded Expectations
The company exceeded my expectations in great customer service. The company was timely in responding to the problems I was having with my Navien water system. I have tried other companies on Navien's list of recommended vendors over the past seven years, but the tech took the time to explain the potential problem and the troubleshooting options. If there is a need for a plumber for your Navien water tankless system, I highly recommend Smylie.
