Which Thermostat is Right For You?

Non-Programmable – Commonly known as the set it and forget it device, this thermostat has no programmable options. After you manually set the desired temperature, it remains set until you manually adjust the settings or turn off the device.
Programmable – When you want to take advantage of energy savings, a programmable thermostat allows you to set daily, home, and away schedules. There are three different programming models you can choose from:

5-2 programming – This model has a single schedule option for Monday – Friday. And a single option where the scheduling is for Saturday and Sunday only.
7-day programming – This model option allows the user to set up separate schedules for each day of the week.
Smart Thermostats – Also known as WiFi thermostats, offer 7-day programming. This device is designed to set or adjust temperatures and schedules using your smartphone. That allows you to take full advantage of geofencing, smart learning, remote access control, etc., all from your phone.
